Who We Are

Founding partner, Brian Abdi, has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, starting as an intern for a boutique Commercial Development Company at the age of 22. In this role, Brian experienced first hand the key components in developing successful real estate projects. Through his experience, he noticed the significant impact real estate agents and landlords have on each project. He recognized a gap in the market for a brokerage firm that would act as business partner for both landlords and tenants - delivering value, add recommendations, 360-degree strategies, and results. With this philosophy in mind, Bridge was launched.

Over the past decade, BRIDGE has worked with and leased to some of the most coveted brands and companies with cult status among their audiences, such AllSaints, Le Labo, Phillip Lim, Amiri, H-Lorenzo, Diamonds Supply Co., Lady M Cafe, Cava Grill, Umami Burger, Gores Group, Windsor Media and Blink/Equinox Fitness to name a few.
